FRANK J. LEAL, SR., CPA - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Background

Frank is the founder and Managing Director of Leal & Carter, P.C. which originated in San Antonio in March 1973. He received his CPA certificate to practice in the state of Texas on April 20, 1972. He is a member of the AICPA. Also, he received his BBA degree in accounting, graduating Cum Laude from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas in May 1970. He is also a 1966 graduate of Fox Tech High School.

Professional and Industry Experience

Frank has more than 47 years of audit experience, and has significant experience in audits of local governments including public housing authorities, independent school districts, cities, counties, and nonprofits.

He has provided audit, tax and management services to banks, mortgage banking entities, insurance agencies, professional corporations, hospitals and clinics, and a variety of other businesses.
